This is an entry-level position which requires a detail-oriented, organized person who communicates clearly in both verbal and written form and can multi-task.  Specific requirements, among others, include: 

• Dependability, punctuality and a consistent, positive attitude!

• Exceptional telephone skills.

• The ability to communicate clearly with customers via telephone and email to clarify order details, answer questions, provide quotations and address customer service issues.

• Good computer skills and the ability to learn a variety of computer programs to enter and retrieve data; graphics experience is a plus.

• Fulfilling catalog and product sample requests.

Bookkeeper - STATUS: FILLED!

Mineral Springs is a leader in its industry and has an immediate opening for a bookkeeper at its corporate headquarters in Petersburg, PA.  The successful candidate will have an associates degree in accounting or three years of direct experience as well as broad general organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.  Specific position requirements, among others, include:

• accounts payable

• cash receipt and application processing

• general ledger accounting

• bank account reconciliation

• accounts receivable

• inventory accounting

• payroll processing

• credit card processing and reconciliation

• state sales tax preparation

• invoicing / statement processing

• order entry

• customer and vendor relationship management.

Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office software is essential. Experience with order entry, billing, payroll and internet-based banking software is greatly desired. HP/Indigo Webstream Digital Press Operator - STATUS: FILLED!

Digital Press Operator for HP Indigo series 1 press. Attention to detail is critical.  Operator will be responsible for print quality assurance, press maintenance and press supply inventory. Must perform well in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with other staff is essential. Specific requirements, among others, include: 

• Full responsibility for learning and operating all aspects of the HP/Indigo Webstream Digital press.

• Constant inspection of print jobs to maintain the highest level of print quality.

• Performance of regular press maintenance; mechanical insight to correct potential problems before they occur.

• Strategically managing the priority of print jobs based on changing order statuses.

• Purchase press supplies and manage supply inventory

A positive attitude with willingness to learn and contribute ideas is required. Strong computer skills are a must. Computer graphics experience required. Ability to do prepress setup is a major plus. Knowledge of graphic design programs helpful. Manager, Customer Service & Order Processing - STATUS: FILLED!

This high-impact, visible position requires a detail-oriented, organized person who communicates professionally in both verbal and in written form and can multi-task fluidly.  Specific requirements, among others, include: 

• The ability to communicate clearly with customers via telephone and email to clarify order details, answer questions, provide quotations and address customer service issues.

• The ability to manage a complex order process where each order must flow through multiple steps (entry, credit approval, review, art, pre-press, printing, production & shipping)

• The ability to capably supervise and direct a staff of six

• The ability to quickly and accurately enter orders into our custom order management system and generate freight quotations from internal freight rating software and various carrier web sites.

• The ability to coordinate inbound and outbound shipping logistics with a variety of carriers for customers with a wide range of requirements.

The selected candidate will have 3 years of customer service management experience and the skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, make decisions based on sound judgment and interact professionally with other staff members.  He or she will consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and enthusiasm and actively seek ways to improve communication and teamwork.  The selected candidate will represent Mineral Springs Bottling Company with the highest degree of character and integrity at all times.  Salary commensurate with experience.  Competitive benefits available.

Sales Representative - STATUS: FILLED!

The successful candidate will sell Custom Labeled Bottled Spring Water and 5-Gallon Spring Water in the central Pennsylvania region. The position requires developing and contacting prospective new customers via telephone, email, fax, direct mail, face-to-face meetings, etc. in order to present Mineral Springs’ products and services and generate new sales. The successful candidate may work from home but regular meetings will be scheduled at the office to plan strategy and evaluate performance. The position requires a valid driver’s license, automobile, telephone, personal computer and internet access. The position requires twenty or more hours per week. Compensation is based on commission but a draw will be paid for the first sixty days which will be a function of the number of contacts made and leads generated. Draws are recoverable against future commissions.
